Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER: date of publication]
Asle Data Labs (“Asle”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through www.asledatalabs.com, why we collect it and what your rights are under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Who we are
Asle Data Labs, [PLACEHOLDER: registered business name and office address], Ghana. Contact: [PLACEHOLDER: enquiries email address]. Asle Data Labs is registered with the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you give us: your name, work email address, organisation, role, the service you are interested in and your message. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your phone number, your organisation’s size and, for training enquiries, an approximate number of staff.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not include it in your message.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement with you. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
How it is handled
- Your enquiry is sent to us by email. It is not stored in a database on this website.
- We use these service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and protection against automated abuse), Resend (sending email) and Plausible (visitor statistics). They process data outside Ghana.
- We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are collected with Plausible, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for [PLACEHOLDER: retention period, for example 24 months] after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case our engagement terms apply.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [PLACEHOLDER: enquiries email address]. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes.
